A Program for Everyone!

The Calgary Stars proudly hosts Calgary's premier competitive cheerleading program, renowned for its longevity and excellence. 

For the 2025-26 season, we offer a comprehensive range of teams, catering to both novice athletes seeking an introduction to cheerleading and elite-level teams for seasoned cheerleaders.

Programs:

Recreational:

Ages 4 to 14yrs/ 6 to 10 weeks/ weekly/ $90 to $130 per session

The recreational program is a fabulous way to get introduced to the exciting world of Cheerleading.  Our program offers a comprehensive 6 to 10-week class, tailored to different age categories, ensuring that each participant receives age-appropriate instruction. Led by our experienced and enthusiastic coaches, students will learn all components of cheer, including stunts, jumps, tumbling, and choreography. All-Star Prep:

Ages 5 and up/ 8 month commitment/ weekly/ $145 per month

The Prep Program is an exciting opportunity for aspiring cheerleaders to immerse themselves in the world of competitive cheerleading with less financial and travel commitments of the All-Star program. This weekly training session spans eight months and covers all essential components of cheerleading, including stunts, tumbling, dance, and teamwork. Participants will not only develop their skills but also have the chance to compete in local and Alberta competitions, fostering a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship. The program is designed to provide a supportive environment where athletes can grow and thrive, making it a fabulous way to engage in the competitive cheerleading scene. All-Star Elite:

Ages 5 and up/ 12 month commitment/ 2x per week/ $175- $199 per month

Welcome to the Calgary Stars All-Star Cheer program, a dynamic and engaging 12-month commitment designed for cheerleaders who are passionate about the sport. Our program includes scheduled breaks during Christmas, Family Day, summer, and long weekends to ensure a balanced experience. Within our Elite program, we offer two distinct streams: National and International. Our National teams compete locally and throughout Alberta, with opportunities to showcase their skills across Canada. Meanwhile, our International teams also compete locally and within Alberta and Canada, with the potential to travel to the United States, depending on travel costs. The All-Star Cheer program emphasizes technique, hard work, commitment, and the development of confidence, providing athletes with the tools they need to excel both on and off the mat. Private Lesson:

Ages 6 and up/ Price dependent on the instructor

Our private lessons are designed to provide tailored coaching that addresses individual skill levels, learning styles, and specific goals. Whether you're a beginner looking to build confidence or an advanced athlete aiming to refine your technique, our experienced instructors offer focused attention and customized drills.
